The Agreement shall govern all aspects of the project, including scope, pricing, payment terms, timelines, warranties, and dispute resolution. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed Agreement, the Agreement shall control.
5. PAYMENTS

Payment schedules, deposits, and acceptable payment methods shall be set forth in the Agreement. Client’s failure to make timely payments constitutes a material breach and may result in work suspension, project termination, additional charges, or legal action as permitted by law.

6. PROJECT TIMELINES

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of use, loss of profits, or diminution of property value.
The Company’s total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by Client for the Services giving rise to the claim.
